Employer Engagement Manager - We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join us and take the lead on Employer Engagement. The right candidate will have an ambition to succeed, a proven track record in delivering results, a commitment to delivering outstanding Customer Service and ideally be conversant in current Apprenticeship funding mechanisms. Continuous Improvement / Lean Facilitator - We are currently looking for exceptional Tutors / Assessors / Facilitators who are qualified and experienced in supporting learners in all aspects of their programmes. Based on employer sites and with responsibility for delivering to your own cohort you will ensure that you are delivering a high quality learning experience to the learners and generating a return on investment for the employer. You will be responsible for ensuring that key quality and compliance processes are followed in line with company standards, funding requirements and awarding organisation stipulation. Employability / NEET Worker - We currently have a vacancy for an experienced tutor and support worker to work on a specific project that focuses on supporting young people in securing employment or educational opportunities. The right candidate will have experience of working with young people aged 16-24, be an excellent communicator who is able to build rapport quickly and have a proven track record of contributing positively towards a young persons onward progression. The successful candidate will have delivered employability and vocational learning, as well as English & Maths up to level 2.
